Crux Ansata Oasis of Ordo Templi Orientis
Crux Ansata is the local chartered body of Ordo Templi Orientis in Denver, Colorado.
Tarot de Marseille and Cut-Up Technique is a brief presentation of pandemic madness disguised as occult innovation. Was it boredom, Burroughs, or gender dysphoria that made Leonora cut up a perfectly innocent Tarot de Marseille and (dis)create a method for divination? Come find out! Please bring a deck of your own. Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to cut it up. The deck used in this class is the CBD Tarot de Marseille. During the second half of the class, we’ll be using some prepared cut-up decks to read for each other.
Leonora Ogletree is a tarot reader and O.T.O. initiate at Crux Ansata Oasis, in Denver, CO. She has studied tarot for 20 years and read professionally for 10 years. Leonora is a licensed educator teaching students from preschool to adulthood, in fields ranging from environmental education, art, magic, and history. Currently, Leonora is working with Apotecaria Bel da Masiele, a collaborative of trans fem tarot readers.
The class will be in-person at our second space and is open to all dues-current members of Crux Ansata, and known guests. A donation is appreciated from non-members, which can be made payable to: paypal.me/CruxAnsataOTO
